I recently came across an at-home recipe on Pinterest for whitening your teeth. I thought it was interesting since I use teeth whitening gel all the time to maintain white teeth. I changed the recipe a tiny bit, tried it, and liked it.

The mixture whitened my teeth and even faded the yellowed areas in between my teeth. My teeth looked clean, whiter, and fresh. This recipe uses essential household ingredients that you probably have in your pantry. I added a little peppermint essential oil for a minty effect.

Recipe for White Teeth:

  • 1/4 teaspoon Hydrogen Peroxide
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Water
  • 1 Drop Peppermint Essential Oil
  • Crest 3D White Toothpaste (any toothpaste will do)

Mix all the ingredients in a cup. Place onto your toothbrush and brush your teeth. Repeat twice a day until you obtain the desired results. Then, use once a month to maintain.

Now you can have a gorgeous, youthful smile. White teeth can help take years off of your complexion. Add it to your anti-aging skincare routine today!
