General Wholesale Information

At Skin Perfection, we are pleased to offer wholesale to select salons, spas, and retailers. We offer low minimum orders and a full range of natural, organic, and anti-aging products. Here are our policies regarding purchasing wholesale:

Wholesale Minimums

Orders must meet a minimum of $1,000 in retail per order.

Lotion Making Supplies, including Serum Boosters

Our lotion-making supplies, including serum boosters and antimicrobials, are already wholesale. Therefore, they do not qualify for wholesale or pricing discounts.

Handling Time

Most wholesale orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Processing and handling time for more substantial orders will vary. Most take 7 to 10 days to fill. For orders over $2,000, we will contact you at the time of order to let you know how long it will take to fill. These times are estimates only and do not include shipping times.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer any returns on wholesale orders.

Shipping

All wholesale orders are insured for free by us. All shipping charges are to be paid by the purchaser. If we shipped the wrong item by mistake, don't hesitate to contact us within three days of receipt, and we will resend the correct items at our cost.

International Wholesale Orders

• We do not offer a warranty of any kind
• We will not be responsible for any liability

We are not responsible for duties, customs fees, VAT tax, or other duties imposed on our products. You are responsible for knowing your country's import rules and regulations and paying any associated fees. We cannot offer a refund if products are returned for any reason. Contact us first and get a quote before ordering if any additional paperwork, registration, or testing is required.

We cannot cancel orders once placed. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to the EU. If you want us to send a product to one of the EU countries, it can take months to set up registration and typically costs $750 per product.

The purchaser will pay all shipping fees and mandatory insurance fees. However, as a courtesy, we will arrange international shipping through DHL on your account and arrange for your order to be picked up by DHL.

Violations of our Wholesale Policies

Any breach of our wholesale policies will result in the termination of privileges. Your account will be revoked immediately, with or without notice.
